Who has inspired you in life, and why?

Actually everyone and everything inspire me. If we have courage to accept the reality of life, willing to appreciate the experience and skills of others then we can also get knowledge by learning from them. Instead of that, if our ego stops us then we can’t learn anything. We only have one short span of life, so we have to use it accordingly, learning from the mistakes we’ve made and from others as well.

 As an area manager of two regions, how did you maintain the performance on each of the property? Share with us some of the technical tips

Once your business is established and running well, you may be inclined to let things continue to run as they are. The marketing profession moves faster than ever today. In the blink of an eye, new competitors emerge, products similar to yours are released, and before you know it, it’s a race to the bottom. No matter what industry you’re in and how well you were in your previous job, are not good enough today. This is no time for trial and error or order taking; this is a time to be on the market and start selling!

 Here are some technical tips that I learned to improve marketing performances:

Clarify your mission.

Create and maintain favourable attention.

Take the responsibility but not the credit.

Develop your attitude.

Maximize your time.

 What’s the last picture taken by your phone? Any stories behind it?

I took pictures of my morning coffee and a plain croissant that I enjoyed somewhere. They’re

just random pictures, no caption or particular story behind it. I already uploaded on

my IG while doing my last business trip to Batam and Singapore.

 What are the biggest challenges you’ve overcome so far in your career? Share a bit with us

At the beginning I really thought that you could not be successful without a mentor. Mentors are essential in meeting your potential. But it’s doesn’t apply to me; so far I can go through all the things in work without any reliable mentor on the marketing and communication fields; I just learn by doing.

Don’t get me wrong, mentorship is one of the biggest keys to success. But there are both  right and wrong ways to seek out mentor and build a mutually beneficial relationship.

 If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you have and why?

 How would you describe your brand?

Montigo Resorts is ‘For Generations to Come.’

What kind of celebration would there be on a “St. YOU” day?

Quality time with my friends and my dog, by having quality food and drinks, as well as make out followed by a holiday the next day for another celebration. #LOL

If you are allowed to pick one place to be your dream destination, where would it be, and why?

Greece. The unique culture and beauty of the spectacular landscape of the country alone are enough to amaze you. Besides what Greece has to offer, prepare yourself for a long-lasting experience that you will remember forever.
