This exclusive event honors he Japanese Emperor’s birthday, also known as Tennou Tanjoubi. Chef Shunji Hasegawa will collaborate with Okuzono Japanese Dining Chef Naoyuki Shimada to craft a seven-course Omakase experience, blending authentic flavours with innovation culinary artistry. To elevate this remarkable evening, the finest Hakutsuru Sake has been curated to complement the delicate flavours of each dish.
