Experience our distinctive festivities now, from December 18th to 27th, 2020 guests can experience Raffles Bali Afternoon Tea inspired by the classic High Tea Ceremony of the royals, a timeless legacy preserved at our Writers Bar from 2.30 pm until 5.00 pm. With a selection of eighteen blends of the finest Dammann Frères Tea while savouring an array of delectable pastries and sweets.

On December 24th, from 6.00 pm until 10.00 pm there will be a Christmas eve dinner which will indulge guests in an exceptional epicurean experience with your family or loved ones, featuring Chef Gaetan Bieszus’s culinary philosophy of aromatic complexity, combinations of flavours and powerful tastes which evoke emotions.

On December 25th, from 12.00 pm – 4.00 pm, guests can experience sensory delights of a tradition and culture, infused Christmas Day on Christmas Day Classic Brunch. Explore, culinary wonders and revelry that is a signature to Raffles Bali. Bringing you unique and sophisticated selection of lavish Chef ’s Creations, authentic Indonesia archipelago’s favourites, and a gourmet selection of truffle croissant, artisanal European cheeses, plated Christmas degustation desserts, pass around, and festive amuse-bouche topped with the finest wines for those Christmas toasts!

Continue the holiday celebration in decadent culinary creations at Rumari. Savour the highlights of our farm-to-table, archipelago-forward dishes for Christmas Day Dinner on December 25th start at 6pm – 10 pm. Revel in the season’s best flavours with an exclusive set menu dinner concluded with all the trimmings.

On 31st December 2020, celebrate in lavish fanfares with Chef’s creations during our New Year’s Eve Soirée. Indulge in an unparalleled six-course epicurean delight as well as the archipelago’s indigenous flavours paired with the finest wines. Bid farewell to the year 2020 with the island countdown event to unveil a brighter year in the splendour of Raffles Bali.

And Lastly, on Friday January 1st, 2020, guests can begin the day with a languid brunch overlooking the magnificent views of Jimbaran Bay where we present the iconic Rumari Brunch showcasing our signature Chef ’s creations of international classics yellowfin tuna Otoro, Indonesian’s favourites of pan seared Maluku scallop and a gourmet selection of truffle croissant, artisanal European cheeses, plated chocolate fondant and vacherin desserts, pass around, and festive amuse-bouche and curated wine selections.
