AIRASIA GIVES ASEAN OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALLISTS FREE FLIGHTS FOR LIFE

The 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympics just ended with glorious moments and encouraging stories to tell. Acknowledging the effort, AirAsia recently announced their intention to give a free lifetime ticket for all ASEAN athletes who won gold medals in Olympic 2016. The gold medallists are awarded free lifetime flight ticket, while silver is given free tickets for 5 years and bronze is given free tickets for 2 years. AirAsia group CEO Tony Fernandes said that he felt so proud of the achievement of the athletes. They proved that we could reach our dreams through hard work and confidence.  Six gold medallists who are given the free lifetime tickets are Sukanya Srisurat and Sopita Tanasan (Thailand), Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir (Indonesia), Joseph Schooling (Singapore), and Hoang Xuan Vinh (Vietnam). They get the privileges to fly to over 120 destinations with AirAsia and AirAsia X including Asia, Australia, Middle East, and Africa.
