The super brunch will be taking place on November 14th at Starfish Bloo, W Bali – Seminyak, presenting the best of the best from all five properties, starting from IDR 695,000 ++ / person for the food package.

Never boring to claim it’s title as Bali’s best brunch, Starfish Bloo is getting ready to present another Epic Ten Continues celebration with not only one, but four other collaborating venues to serve the feast-tivities. Known for the iconic pan Asian Seafood array, led by chef Rangga Safari, Starfish Bloo will be presenting Seafood on ice & Oyster Bar, Carved Balinese Pork Sam Sam to the Sushi, Sashimi & Nigiri station, complete with special cocktail from W’s mixologist. Chef Rangga has been cooking professionally for more than 18 years and worked alongside many International and awarded guest chefs, that has influenced his cooking style to be simpler, refined, and sustainable without losing the authenticity of the dish. Among his creations for W Bali, he loves to use locally produced ingredients that are sourced both from the hotel’s own Chef Garden as well as local farms in Bali.

Moving on to the next guest star, The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, which is widely regarded as one of the best beachfront restaurants in Nusa Dua, Arwana Restaurant will be serving Balinese Crackling Pork Belly Roll, Laguna Signature Pork Satay to the Nasi Bali, led by chef Nyoman Ardana.

Going up higher to the north side of the island, chef Bayu Retno Timur and his team from Kubu at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve will be sharing their exquisiteness through Seabass Passionfruit Chevice, Char Grilled Octopus to the Beef Short Ribs, bringing the fragrant spices, colorful vegetables, tender meats, and seafood that is elegantly orchestrated under the Mediterranean – European inspired cuisine.

Finally, say hello to The Beach Grill, the beachfront restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton,

as Chef I Nyoman Suarjana or famously known as “Chef Kojong” will be bringing his Asian cuisine expertise to the brunch scene including Nyonya Seafood Laksa, classic condiments and Sate Babi Samcam.
