CELEBRITY CHEF RYAN CLIFT OPENS UP HIS NEW EATERY IN THE ISLAND OF BALI

Ryan Clift, an award-winning chef based in Singapore and the owner of the famed Tippling Club, Open Door Policy, Open Farm Community and Ding Dong is all set to launch his new culinary project in Bali. Born in Wiltshire, UK, Ryan Clift’s moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1999, where he served as Head Chef of the critically acclaimed Vue de Monde before moving to Singapore at 2008 to establish Tippling Club. Targeting the new venture as a starting point of implementing his vision on the island of Bali, Ryan Clift has named the exciting project ‘Grow’, collaborating with the restyled L Hotel Seminyak. Promoting local produce through Grow, Ryan focuses on developing a sustainable business model together with local entrepreneurs and farmers and combines it with ingredient-based approach of cooking.
