CHEF DEGAN INTERNATIONALLY PROMOTES INDONESIAN CULINARY THROUGH ‘FESTIVAL COLORFUL INDONESIA’

On the upcoming October 14th to 16th, Chef Degan will attend ‘Festival Colorful Indonesia’ event, which will be held in the city Paris, France—also known as the world’s gastronomy center. During the event, the Indonesian respected celebrity chef will showcase some of the most popular menus taken from his self-titled restaurant Cafe Degan to cater the taste bud of international attendees, each paired by a glass of wine; including Bebek Bumbu Bali, Iga Kambing Bumbu Ketumbar, Daging Sambal Hijau, Salmon Sayur Lodeh, Sambal Goreng Udang, Rendang, and Ayam Bumbu Rujak. Initiated by Indonesian Ambassador of France, Monaco and Andorra region Hotmangaradja Pandjaitan, ‘Festival Colorful Indonesia’ is one of the proofs of commitment to introduce certain aspect of Indonesia country to the eyes of international, including culture, investment and economy.
