Licker won Iron Chef Pastry Series and is the author of the award winning book- Lickerland: Asian-Accented Desserts. Smith and Licker will weave their culinary skills and humor together to create a Sunday brunch including loads of seafood, your favorite Asian dishes, rotisserie roasted meats and poolside BBQ, all followed by Licker’s Asian- accented desserts.
