CULINARY COLLABORATION WITH LITTLE SINGAPORE AT SUKU RESTAURANT
Conrad Bali is delighted to present an exclusive culinary collaboration with Little Singapore by Chef Bernard Chew; bringing the closest neighbouring country’s favorite dishes to the table of Suku Restaurant. Claimed as the best Chef for Authentic Singaporean Laksa and Singaporean Authentic Crab– Chef Bernard will be joining hands with the culinary team of Conrad Bali led by Executive Sous Chef Made Semawan to prepare an exciting dining experience highlighting Chef Bernard’s signature menus. The special menu will be available until 31 May 2022.
Chef Bernard’s stellar career in the kitchen spans over 30 years. Growing up in a household with passion for food, he has taken his Singaporean heritage to heart and now shares family secret recipes and dishes through his solely-created concept, Little Singapore by Chef Bernard. It is a place to enjoy delicious and authentic Singaporean food. Driven by his passion, generosity and willingness to share happiness to everyone around him, he continues to cook food for high-profile clients for special occasions. This inspiring Chef believes that everything in life should be done with passion and his goal is to serve the real Singaporean cuisine in Bali.
Must-try on the menu are “The Crab” choices, particularly the Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab, the Black Pepper Crab. The famous Singaporean Chili Crab will require a day in advance to prepare, hence be sure to book in advance. Other menu to highlight will be Singapore Authentic Laksa with either King Prawn, prawn or chicken. Deliciously and passionately prepared, the Singaporean-native Chef Bernard shares his secret recipe only with Conrad’s culinary team. He emphasizes that each dish is authentically Singaporean and every bite will remind the diners of the vibrant food scene in Singapore.
Located just below the lobby with stunning view to the lush tropical garden and shimmering pool, Suku Restaurant is home for comfort food which offers balanced dining choices that are environmentally friendly, healthy, and treads lightly.
