Executive Chef Gianluca Visciglia, from Zibiru Cucina Italiana, is set to captivate your palate. With a culinary journey that began amidst the picturesque landscapes of northern Italy, Chef Gianluca’s passion for food has been nurtured over the years. His culinary adventure led him to Tuscany and the enchanting Chianti hills, where he refined his skills and embraced the art of Tuscan cuisine. 

With over two decades of global culinary expertise, Chef Gianluca has left his mark on international kitchens, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Oman, and Bali, where his heart found its culinary home. His unique style draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of Italy, blending northern, Tuscan, and southern flavors into every dish.

Meanwhile, another culinary journey takes place at the first “Back to Nature” Restaurant in the middle of Pelawan Forest in Batam where a progressive yet sophisticated approach to gastronomy, championing ingredient-driven cuisine is crafted to bring the taste of authenticity to its customers, Kayumerah Restaurant. Presenting the 1stKitchen Confidential Series, Kayumerah Restaurant in collaboration with Namaaz Dining is ready to embark the journey of taste where an unforgettable dining experience and scientific innovation await.

Self taught and driven by both passion and curiosity, Andrian Ishak, uses scientific techniques to produce both playful variations on traditional dishes and wacky new food pairing to create Namaaz Dining – the first Indonesian molecular gastronomy restaurant.
