DIVINE wine bar serves various types of wines along with canapés and light bites as a fine pairing composition. Aside from big names, they also aim to introduce less-known brands with interesting characteristics. The talented sommelier excels in wine pairing and is happy to explain which wines to choose to accompany the dishes. For example, a portion of seafood ceviche paired with a Sauvignon Blanc from the Bordeaux region creates an enhanced sour-meets-sour flavor of fresh seafood combined with grass and lime notes of the dry white wine, whilst a glass of Primitivo red wine is served with Prosciutto di Parma ham and cheese straws. The pairings are not necessary always the same, the idea is to enhance the taste as the wine and food work together on your palate.
