The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has been a market leader for over 30 years, renowned for its commitment to wellness, family-friendly experiences, and as the home of the iconic Bali International Convention Centre—a source of pride for the island and Indonesia as a premier venue for prestigious international events.

One of the key challenges is ensuring we stand out amidst the abundance of exceptional options available on the island. However, this motivates us to continuously innovate and highlight what makes us unique—our commitment to wellness, our family-friendly focus, and our distinction as the home of the renowned Bali International Convention Centre. Another consideration is adapting to ever-changing traveler preferences, but we see this as an opportunity to refine our offerings, create tailored experiences, and engage with new markets. Ultimately, these challenges inspire us to remain dynamic and to lead with creativity, ensuring we consistently deliver memorable and meaningful stays for our guests.

Available at our award-winning Heavenly Spa by Westin, this program features meaningful rituals such as the Balinese purifying ceremony (Melukat), sound bath meditation by the Resort’s Wellness Ambassador Dr Jitendra Pokhriyal, restorative massages, and nourishing dining experiences in our tranquil beachfront sanctuary. Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has introduced exciting new offerings across its various departments. The Premium Rooms now feature the latest Heavenly Bed, alongside an upgraded Westin Workout Fitness Studio and the luxurious Owner’s Penthouse. The Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) has also been upgraded, including enhancements to the Mangupura Hall. Our resident Wellness Ambassador, Dr. Jitendra Pokhriyal, continues to offer his signature wellness programs, setting us apart in the wellness industry. In addition, Ikan, Hamabe, and Prego have introduced new chefs and irresistible menus, complemented by creative beverages from our Beverage Manager and his team of Mixologists.
What trends do you foresee in the luxury hospitality sector?
In the hospitality sector, we foresee a growing emphasis on wellness, sustainability, and promoting a healthy lifestyle during travel. Guests are increasingly seeking experiences that prioritize their well-being and align with eco-conscious values. Personalized wellness programs, sustainable practices, and healthier lifestyle options will continue to shape the future of travel, ensuring guests leave feeling recharged while making a positive impact on both their health and the environment.
On your days off, what do you like to do to relax and recharge?
On my days off, I enjoy taking it easy and soaking up the little joys in life. Dining out with my husband and son, cuddling with Mowlie our cat, go dancing, and enjoying a relaxing massage, all help me recharge. I love gathering with family and friends over delicious food, sharing laughs, and making special memories. It’s all about enjoying the simple moments that bring happiness and energy back into my day!
