Unfold the year of 2021 with an evocating dining experience with your loved ones. The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali together with Chris Salans, the founder of Mozaic restaurant, presents Dine at Home by Chris Salans, a distinguished pop-up outdoor dining concept held at Kulkul Bar with its idyllic beachfront setting. This momentous event will take place at 6:00 PM, from 8 January 2021 to 6 February 2021, every Friday and Saturday.

Commence your evening with an inviting cocktail and indulge in a 3-course set menu. Known for his culinary creativity and impeccable standards, Chef Chris Salans has developed a selection of dishes respecting most dietary preferences and you may choose the set menu of your liking. He has specially crafted his dishes using the best of Indonesian flavors that are infused into European culinary parades.

Chris began his training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris before taking internships in France at Michelin-starred restaurants. He moved to New York, where he worked for David Bouley and then for Thomas Keller. Chris developed such awe for Asian cuisine that he joined as an Executive Chef in Bali. In 2001, he opened Mozaic restaurant gastronomique in Ubud. Chef Chris Salans remains one of Bali’s top culinary Ambassadors, participating in regional and international fairs and culinary events, always promoting the island’s freshest and most unique tastes.

The event will be held at Kulkul Bar, from January 8th until February 6th 2021, every Friday and Saturday, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
