DINE & DELIGHT AT DAILY SOCIAL BALI
Daily Social Bali, the newly added restaurant in Kuta located at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, recently held the kick-off of its Dine & Delight culinary program. This exclusive event featured four top chefs from renowned Marriott International hotels in Bali and their signature dishes.
Throughout the evening, guests were entertained by the live music entertainment and enjoyed the wonderful dishes prepared by Chef Rangga Safari from Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort; Chef Danang Wijanarka from Aloft Bali Kuta at Beachwalk; Chef Donald Hutauruk from Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort; and Chef Oka Susila from Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta.
Each chef presented their special menu featuring Asian flavors such as Spicy Tuna Gohu with Smoked Sambal Roa & Homemade Rice Cracker from Chef Rangga, Chili Prawn Skewers with Pomelo Salad from Chef Danang, Roasted Harrisa Lamb Leg from Chef Donald, and Red Snapper Gulai from Chef Oka.
Apart from the four chefs’ amazing creations, there were massive food options in the buffet area highlighting local Balinese favorites, Nusantara specialties, and decadent sweet desserts.
This exciting culinary program offers a perfect moment for food lovers and travelers to explore the diverse culinary landscape of Bali. The combination of local premium ingredients, innovative cooking techniques, and stunning views creates a magical dining experience that is not to be missed.
