The opening of Lemon & Salt Restaurant – Cafe – Juice – Bar, as a new social hub in Berawa.

Lemon & Salt seamlessly blends working day and playful evening into one. Start your day with a shot of espresso and a bowl of granola at Lemon & Salt Cafe. The open-air café is the perfect spot to catch up on those emails or set up a meeting. You can also enjoy heartier lunch or dinner dishes such as trying the 24-hour slow cooked Pork Belly or Grilled Australian Ribeye served with homemade smoked french fries, eggplant caviar, garlic confit, thyme beef jus, and baby lettuce. Using slow-cooking technique and locally sourced produce as much as possible, Lemon & Salt aims to always serve wholesome meals for its guests.

Armed with free Wi-Fi and thoughtfully-placed power plugs, get your work done in time to jump into the pool and sip immunity-boosting liquid at Lemon & Salt Juice. Located by the pool, you can rehydrate and replenish with bite-sized treats in between laps. 

When the sky turns red, go up to the rooftop and sip Lemon & Salt Bar’s craft cocktails. The groovy ambience of the spacious, wooden-decked bar makes magic with the stunning sunset that puts Canggu on the map. Don’t call it a night just yet before enjoying what the executive chef Jeremy Tourret and his team have prepared at Lemon & Salt Restaurant. With its supper club ambience, expect exceptional Southeast Asia-inspired fare and creative twists on classic dishes. Marrying Tourret’s Michelin-star culinary background from his years at Le Bristol Paris and Daniel in New York with his experience in Thailand and Indonesia, Lemon & Salt Restaurant will undoubtedly delight discerning palates.
