The chef has crafted sumptuous menus for the live barbecue, featuring dishes such as beef sirloin with beef jus, lamb medallion with thyme jus, Mahi-Mahi with herb butter, squid skewers with pesto, and many more. The barbecue will be complemented by a selection of salads, side dishes, and desserts.

Price is at IDR 450,000++ per person to enjoy a delectable array of food, or at IDR 750,000++ per person with inclusion of unlimited cocktails and wines.
