W Bali Seminyak brings another round of classy dining event called ‘A Feast of Fruit De Mer’, featuring Chef Ashley Garvey. Born in Melbourne, Ashley Garvey grew up in a city with the love of food. But it wasn’t until he left school at the age of 15 to work in a professional kitchen that he developed a passion for cooking. Combining the two most coveted crustaceans, Chef Garvey will create a three-course seafood feast showcasing the best of ocean delicacies. In the glamorous beachfront of W Bali’s Starfish Bloo restaurant, the Michelin Star trained chef will combine his years of experience with cutting edge techniques to create perfect pairings of crab and lobster.
