FOUR MARRIOTT BALI EXECUTIVE CHEFS INTRODUCE PLANT BASED DELICIOUSNESS
Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort once again hosted the most anticipated food event in Seminyak, Plant Based Food Festival, on Sunday, July 31, 2022. The hotel’s lobby garden transformed into a culinary haven, making it a party that every food enthusiast should not miss. Four Executive Chef from various Marriott properties in Bali successfully introduce a different approach for a healthy lifestyle by serving plant based food in collaboration with Green Rebels.
From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests indulged in choices of delectable dishes served by these four talented Executive Chefs; Chef Donald Hutauruk from Courtyard Seminyak served Smoked Steakless and Mushroom, Chef Rio Abednego from Four Points Ungasan served Sate Maranggi, Chef Wisnu Adyatma from Renaissance Uluwatu served Chick’N Gyro, & Chef Mario Stefanus from Aloft Seminyak served Chickenless Teriyaki Rice Burger. “Plant Based food festival aims to give a healthier option of a delicious foods for food lovers.
