Tanah Liat, the newest addition to the F&B venue in Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort is a cooking lab by day and in the evening it transforms into an arts-and-crafts-inspired restaurant focusing on experiential food highlighting Bali-sourced fresh seasonal seafood and plant-based cuisines. 

One of plant-based dishes that you must try is Green Rebel Beefless Steak Frites, a delicious plant-based steak that tastes like meat served with sweet potato fries and vegetables.
