The newly opened SI JIN is a meat-eater’s paradise sourcing conventional to the most exclusive and rarest cuts. SI JIN serves selection of Dry Aged from 30 days leading up to 200 days period and premium Wet Aged. The meats are prepared in-house and fresh on smokeless grills at every table.

In addition, SI JIN also offers ‘seabirdland’ in the menu including Grilled Octopus served with Gochujang Aioli, Nori, Mojo Verde.
