HOLIDAY INN RESORT BENOA INTRODUCES THEIR NEW DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING AND EXECUTIVE CHEF

Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa is excited to announce Sheilla Andrade Cruz as the new Director of Sales & Marketing and Raffaele Dadone as the new Executive Chef. Sheilla joins the hotel with over 20 years of hospitality experience and is expected to expand the current client base and segment portfolio for Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa. Prior to starting at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa, she worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing for InterContinental São Paulo in Brazil. Chef Raffaele, who was born in Italy, brings his 17 years of culinary experience from around the world to Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa. He joins the resort from The Unique Collection of Hotels & Resort, Thailand as the Executive Chef since 2011 where he managed 15 properties and 3 bakeries. Prior to that Chef Raffaele was also the Executive Chef at Cocoa Island Resort & Spa, Maldives.
