Taken its concept to enhance the true ambience of Ubud, Kepitu restaurant of The Kayon Ubud Resort is designed with Indonesian traditional architecture concept using indigenous materials such as iron wood, bamboo and alang-alang grass roof as it main construction. Set on the eficentrum of the resort, the restaurant offers uninterrupted lush jungle vista which makes Ubud a top nature-bound destination for travelers across the globe.

Kepitu offers various selections of dishes ranging from Western to Asian favorites, and also gives their guest a chance to taste authentic Balinese cuisine. For the appetizer, try tuna rumput laut selada bulung, an eclectic combination of fresh tuna tataki with ‘bulung’ seaweed salad. If you wish for more delicate seafood-based menu, you can order seafood balacan for the main course. It consists of fresh prawn, oyster and fish fillet cooked with spicy-tasty chili sauce. For the wrapper, you can order the assorted Balinese cake—a setup of three indigenous Balinese ‘jaje’ sweet treat.
