Tell us about yourself?

My name is Badrusalam, 39 years old and was born in Pandeglang, Banten.

I have been working in hospitality industry from 1995. I used to work in several 5 star hotels in Indonesia and Dubai, luxury club and fine dining signature Restaurants (Madinat Jumaeirah Dubai Hotel, The address Dubai Hotel, Trilogy Night Club Dubai, Capital Club Dubai, Swarovski Diamond Club Dubai, Margaux Dubai), and also involved in the opening of clubs and restaurants in Bali (Potato Head, Cocoon Beach Club, La- favela and many more).

What is your most memorable moment since being the Head of F&B? Tell us about your experience

My memorable moment when my vision became a reality.

I create something from nothing to become something.

What is the weirdest request of food/drink that your team had to prepare?

Hot ice tea

Have you ever thought of opening up your own restaurant in the future?

Yes for sure

When did you realize your passion in F&B?

Starting from high school

Who has inspired you in life, and why?

My Father.  He keeps mentioning that life is “it’s not about how hard you hit, is about how hard you think can get hit and keep moving forward and how much you can take the hit and keep moving forward”.

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done in your life?

Created a Club and Restaurant without proper drawing.

What do you do for fun during your day off?

Explore new place

What is your most favourite food?

My favourite food is all about Indonesian food

How do you want to be remembered?

As a someone who has his own personality and character
