How do you feel to be Director of Sales of one of the best luxury resorts in Bali?

Always excited to work in best luxury resort as  I always meet new person, new contact even meeting with high level such as president, top celebrities in our resort.

What is the most challenging thing in your current position that you have experienced so far?

The biggest challenge I face is finding good qualified young individuals/millennials that are loyal and passionate in facing challenging market. Unfortunately, many millennials seeing working in Sales and Marketing is so challenging and complex. Therefore, finding people who are passionate about working in sales and marketing and have the potential to reach management positions are rather difficult.

My home and heart is in Bali. I can be myself everywhere I go, work spirit and live balance when I am in Bali. As others said, when you are working in Bali you don’t remember the dates….you will always remember moments!

My weakness is that I am very direct; maybe even a bit stubborn
