INTERVIEW WITH MARIA FEBRONIA, MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER OF INAYA PUTRI BALI, NUSA DUA

Please share a bit of your background for us. What do you think is the biggest challenge in doing your career?

I was graduated from Atmajaya University in Yogyakarta majoring in Communications study (Public Relations). The biggest challenge is how to manage myself to be better so I can raise my career improvement, put myself in a highest level as we know that many people out there seeking for the same position, and same property at the same time.

What would your property do to stand out from other competitors?

• Improve the quality of product and service.
• Do media exposure to increase brand awareness.
• Hold many events and invite potential media, travel agent & potential clients.

You are stranded in an empty island. Name us three things that you must have with you

• A cell phone with an internet connection

I can make a contact to someone, ask her/him to come and rescue me, and of course I’ll share the location as it’s connected to the internet.

• Swiss army knife

For survival tool on any emergencies (cutting fruit, carving, sharpening woods for fishing, cutting meat, making kindling for a fire, cutting rope and filleting a fish)

• Thick coat

It keeps me warm.

Define your property brand in one sentence?

A luxury family resort in Nusa Dua.

What would be your ideal way to spend the weekend?

Shopping, reading books & comics, swimming and sleeping

Where is your dream holiday destination?

Japan

What is your most favorite Balinese traditional food?

To be honest, I am not really into Balinese traditional food, but maybe I can pick “Sate Lilit”, a Balinese traditional homemade satay and “Grilled Balinese Seafood”. I love seafood!

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Move to work in another property with a higher-level position and get married.

What do you for fun on your day off?

Shopping and have a quality time with my dogs.
