As a director of sales and marketing, what do you think your hotels could be doing to improve the guest loyalty?

Keep improving hotel products, services and also put attention to details especially for repeating guests who have experienced stay on their previous holiday at Maya Sanur or Maya Ubud.

Who has inspired you the most in life?

My most inspiration is my mom because she is so perfectionist and discipline. But talking about famous figure, I am inspired by Mr. Vladimir Putin. He is the most powerful man in the world and can control his manner and his country in any kind of situations.

How would you describe Maya Resort Brand?

Established properties that can create and maintain the sector benchmark for environmentally responsible style and personal luxury, together with inspired service that exceeds guest expectations, with innovative management initiatives and a dedicated staff who take ownership to ensure the ultimate atmosphere for relaxation, refreshment and renewal.

You found a lottery ticket worth of a billion dollars in front of your office, how would you spend it? And why?

I would build a playgroup school for under-privileged children so that their parents can work without thinking nobody would take care of their children. Because instilling positive values in children should start at early age.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, which destination would you choose and why?

Tibet and I pray to be able to climb Kailash Mountain, which is a part of Himalaya

If you could master one skill that you don’t have right now, what would it be?

Cooking; because I can’t even cooked rice perfectly until today.
