Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself?

My name is Mia and I am the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at PT Cekindo Bisnis Grup. I am a people-oriented person. I like to meet and work with different people, and I like to bring values to be beneficial for other people and have positive impact on society.

Tell us about the newly opened branch office in Bali?

One of the ways to bring more impact is by expanding our operations from Jakarta to other cities in Indonesia even further to Southeast Asia. Cekindo has opened our branch office in Bali on November 2017, with unique concept of environmental sustainability with combination of recycled art and concrete walls, which creates fresh and interesting working environment for our employees and clients at the office.

Cekindo provides one-stop services for market-entry, business services, and office solutions for foreign and local companies and entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Our full range of services covering legal, HR, finance, and office solutions are to enable our clients to focus on their core business.

What can people in business expect from you?

A dynamic professional who is knowledgeable in various functions and industries, with result-orientation, commitment, and integrity.

Share with us the most memorable moment that has ever happened during your career

When I decided to step out my comfort zone from global management consulting company to establish my own business to live my vision as an entrepreneur to be able to bring bigger impact to society. I realized that it was a risky and not easy decision, but with all team’s efforts and prayers, we are grateful that we can grow bigger and has results faster than we expected earlier.

If you could pick one place to be your dream destination anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

One of my dream destinations is Iceland, where I could stay under the igloo while watching stars and northern lights, not to forget to explore exotic nature for me such as lagoon and glacier.

What is your biggest weakness?

I like to ensure that my work is perfect; hence I tend to sometimes spend more time to check it. However, I have improved this by implementing a system to ensure everything is done correctly at the first time.

What do you do for fun during your day off?

Playing and travelling with family and good friends.
