author : , published : 09 August 2016

As a senior branch manager of a bank, what parts of your job that you find most challenging? And how do you cope with / handle the pressure?

Bank business is about trust. So it is very challenging to keep the integrity at all times, in any given situation.

To cope / handle the pressure, perhaps I start to see the pressure itself in a positive way, as something that even pushes me harder to perform the best. No pressure, no gain.

You found a lottery ticket worth of a billion dollars in front of your office, how would you spend it? And why?

First of all, I would take some part of it for my children educational savings because I believe that the best education is the best investment I can give them; buy some land and property because that will be the best options as the value will keep increasing; Last but not least, build a foundation for abandoned children and orphan, and donations for the poor. There are no better way for true happiness than making and seeing others happy.

Could you describe one of your typical workdays?

The day will start very early, preparing the kids, and myself then drive to school and off to work afterwards, and voila! The madness begins and sometimes lasts till the end of the day, but that’s what makes me feel alive!

Considering all the people you’ve met in your field, what personal attributes are essential for success in your position?

Excellent leadership, integrity and credibility, persistence, continues and never ending self-improvement.

What was your dream job growing up?

Famous singer and movie star

How would you define ‘love’?

Love is something that cannot only be described and represented with words. It is all about the actions done to show it, in which the sincerity of such actions can be felt.

You finish your school in Hawaii. Could you share the fondest memories of your sophomore years to us?

Too many good memories! All I could say is, I wish I could turn back the time and do it all over again!

Which bad habit are you much proudest to break? Tell us how!

Procrastinating and I am in a progress to break it. Apparently, I keep reminding myself that there is so much I wanted to do and achieve, but time runs out. So, I got to procrastinate no more!
