How do you feel to be the New General Manager of Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort?
Excited! Sheraton Senggigi is one of iconic hotels in Indonesia, especially Lombok as a destination.
How do you cope with the competitions in Lombok these days? What is your hotel doing to stay competitive?
We are Sheraton. We lead the market by bringing the value to our customer. We will have a series of great events coming starting in June, we are changing the concept of our venues and we are also developing our own Lombok journey so our guest can experience more of Lombok scenery.
What do you enjoy most about working in the hospitality industry?
Developing people, our associates is our main assets and to develop them to the next level is always been my passion.
Share with us the most memorable moment that has ever happened during your career.
When I first came to Indianapolis, Indiana in the US to work for Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. It was the first flight ever and I believed the longest flight that I ever experienced in my life.
If you could pick one place to be your dream destination anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Lombok, there is so many potential here that is not being explored.
What do you think your strongest personal quality is?
Perseverance
If you were given a chance for a fix up in life, what would you do differently?
Nothing, I never regret anything in my life.
