What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I like creating marketing campaigns, developing branding, writing scripts for marketing videos and writing in general. I enjoy the constant opportunity to discover and explore something new each day.
How would you describe Padma hotels
Padma Hotels is an Indonesian hotel brand boasting five properties across the country: Padma Resort Legian and Padma Resort Ubud in Bali, Padma Hotel Bandung and Resinda Hotel Karawang in West Java, and the newest addition in Central Java – Padma Hotel Semarang. At every Padma Hotels destination, guests can expect the genuine warmth of Indonesian hospitality, artistic contemporary design, and a reflection of the local surroundings in dining and stay experiences.
With numerous resorts available in Bali, what do you think is special about your properties
The welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home, offering endless fun with numerous facilities catering to guests of all ages. For instance, at Padma Resort Legian, guests can enjoy paintball and flying trapeze, and explore mushroom huts, a mini farm, and a kitchen garden. Meanwhile, Padma Resort Ubud features a three-hectare agroforestry garden where fruits, veggies, and rare plants are cultivated. There is also an animal garden and a variety of outdoor activities. Wherever you choose to stay among Padma Hotels’ destinations, you’ll find yourself drawn to spending your days outdoors, enjoying the multitude of activities available.
When you’re at work, what puts a smile on your face?
Achieving goals is undeniably satisfying, but beyond that, the daily highlight for me is my team. Their energy and positive attitude towards creating excellence motivates me to strive for improvement and makes me believe that anything is possible. I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside such talented and fun individuals.

We recently launched a mobile app called the Padma Hotels App. Guests can book their stay at any of Padma Hotels’ destinations, earn 7.7% from their total purchase, and redeem their points, all within the app. On the property side, we have just introduced new waterpark facilities at Padma Hotel Semarang and Resinda Hotel Karawang – by Padma to add more holiday experiences for families.
What is the most memorable achievement in your career at hospitality industry?
Being trusted to lead the marketing department for all Padma Hotels’ properties is something I never imagined achieving. So every success and milestone within that is deeply meaningful to me.
What do you do for fun during your day off?
I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, draw on my iPad, and occasionally I bake cookies. I can’t seem to slow down even on my day off.
