Please tell us a bit about your job
My job is to ensure all part of the F&B outlets run such in a proper procedure and on top of the performance. It is done in order to achieve company goals and guest satisfaction. We are creating new, daring concepts and realizing it into full operational system.
The Engineers, food and beverage management company who already have showed our epicurean passion and talent by launching meja kitchen and bar and successfully introduced the first whiskey bar in Bali through Single Malt Whiskies and Cocktails Bar. We have also established another’s daring FB model with Miura Pintxos Bar and Grill, a totally new culinary in Bali introducing Basque pintxos, Spanish tapas and Jospered Grilled specialty. The younger baby is Kinky tiki bar, the tiki bar with amazing tiki Cocktails and back in time decor as Bali 15 years ago.
What do you like the most about your job?
I like being around people, mingling, leading my most amazing staff and sharing my experience to them.
How do you compete with many competitors in Bali?
Keep doing better and never stop learning to improve every aspect of the F&B outlet.
What do you think your restaurants could be doing to improve the guest loyalty?
Great food, amazing service and keep it consistent.
What is your most memorable moment being in the F&B industry? Tell us about your experience
Bringing my team and outlet into Bar & Restaurant award.
We receive one of the best restaurants and bars for all of our outlets and get every award at the stage representing the company.
What would be your ‘perfect day’?
Monday because when you pass Monday, it mean that the rest is just another day.
Do you have any plan of opening up a new F&B outlet in the near future?
Yes, we will open a new bar.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Become the owner one of the finest restaurants or bars in Bali.

Family and motorbike
