The eclectic cuisines of TERÉ Seminyak are based on the Chef Stefan’s personal travel inspirations, combined with locally-sourced fresh ingredients and the sense of harmony in diversity.

One of the signature dishes is Lamb consisting of homemade tagliatelle, lamb shank and bone marrow. Other mains dishes you should try are Octopus (grilled octopus, creamy polenta, tomatillo salsa, Balinese sausage, ember braised kohlrabi) and Seabream (grilled ½ seabream, fermented chilli bisque, capers, baby bok choi, potato fondant).
