Located at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, Makase is a friendly neighbourhood café in Seminyak serving Southeast Asia’s famous dishes from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia. All dishes are crafted by Chef Heri with authentic techniques and ingredients to bring the taste of Southeast Asian to Makase. One of the new appetizers you must try is Larb Gai, a Thai-inspired appetizer made of minced chicken, iceberg, mint leaves, Thai basil, and served with lime chili dipping.
