As the Director of Sales and Marketing, I feel privileged and excited to be in this position. This role allows me to utilize my skills, experience, and passion for hospitality to drive revenue growth and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Being in a leadership position provides me with the opportunity to work with a talented team and collaborate with other departments to develop and execute effective strategies. It is incredibly fulfilling to see the direct impact of our efforts on the success of the hotel, as we attract new customers, build strong relationships with existing clients, and promote the unique offerings of our property.
Additionally, I find great satisfaction in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for expansion, and implementing innovative marketing campaigns. It’s a dynamic and ever-evolving industry, and being in this position allows me to stay at the forefront of hospitality trends, adapt to changing consumer behaviors, and constantly find new ways to enhance our guests’ experiences.
Overall, being the Director of Sales and Marketing for a hotel is a role that brings me a sense of accomplishment, purpose, and the drive to continuously strive for excellence.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing in a hotel, I look forward to a multitude of exciting opportunities and challenges.

As part of our customer focus, we have new idea for kid’s activity such as Kids glamping breakfast, birds show, weekly cultural dance, Weekly cocktail reception to recognize our Bonvoy member and loyal guests. What is the most memorable achievement in your career at hospitality industry?

How do you cope with so many competitions in Bali these days? What is your hotel doing to stay competitive?
It’s important to embrace the challenges and view them as opportunities for growth and improvement. In order for our hotel to stay competitive, we employ several strategies. Firstly, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that our staff is well-trained and attentive to our guests’ needs. We also constantly monitor industry trends and gather guest feedback to enhance our offerings and provide unique experiences. Additionally, we focus on maintaining high-quality standards in terms of amenities, cleanliness, and comfort to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay
We strive to differentiate ourselves by highlighting our hotel’s distinctive features, such as its vibrant location, high service level, some achievements in Trip advisor such as best breakfast, best spa etc.
Finally, we actively engage with the local community and participate in sustainable initiatives, which helps us create a positive image and attract environmentally conscious travelers.
By implementing these strategies, we aim to maintain our competitiveness and provide exceptional experiences for our guests
What do you think your strongest personal quality is?
I believe my strongest personal quality is my resilience. Throughout my life, I have faced numerous challenges and setbacks, but I have always managed to bounce back and learn from those experiences. I have a strong ability to adapt to new situations and remain determined even in the face of adversity. This quality has helped me overcome obstacles and achieve my goals, both personally and professionally. I believe that my resilience allows me to stay focused, motivated, and persistent in pursuing my ambitions.
Who has been your biggest inspiration?
“My biggest inspiration has been my mother. She have always supported and encouraged me to pursue my dreams. One thing she said that I always remember “go as far as you want to go, explore the world, knowledge, make great experience, make mistakes and lean from them, be patient and kind to people around you. These keep on motivated me to push my boundaries and strive for success.
What activities/hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
“In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and looking after my lovely cats. They bring me joy and help me unwind after a busy day, also it source of my stress relief and helped me maintain a healthy work-life balance”
