The newly opened TERÉ Seminyak serves modern food & beverages led by a professional Chef with 20 years of global culinary experience. The eclectic cuisines of TERÉ Seminyak are based on the Chef Stefan’s personal travel inspirations, combined with locally-sourced fresh ingredients and the sense of harmony in diversity. TERÉ Seminyak is ready to provide its pleasurable and adventurous dining experience to everyone in Bali.

The menu consists of Snack to Start, Raw, Sides, Mains and Sweets. If you like raw, then you have to try Mackerel, a beautiful dish that comprises of cured mackerel, andaliman gazpacho, picked mustard seeds, chili jam and sea grapes. It tastes as good as it looks. Other raw options are Beef (wagyu beef carpaccio, rendang spices, pickled arrowroot, cassava crisps) and Trevally (trevally, coconut ricotta chili dressing, baby kyuri tsukemono salad).
