Ksuna Restaurant is driven by a sustainable “farm to table” food concept and every single dish derives from market-fresh ingredients and seasonal specialties that have been locally sourced and cooked with integrity. Our aim is to maintain authenticity by letting natural flavours tell their own story on the dining plate.
One of our signature local dish is Bebek Ksuna, crispy fried half organic duck, serve with Engseban vegetables, Kemangi Basil, Sera-Lemo spicy sambal, steamed red rice. Also don’t forget to try our delish pasta Ravioli – Organic spinach, Ricotta Cheese, and Sage Butter Sauce. Craving for something sweet and refreshing? We have selection of heavenly dessert such as Kintamani Tangerine – Tangerine Mousse, Light Ginger, Milk Chocolate, Feuilletine, Financier, Tangerine Sorbet. As for our New Normal Protocol, we have enhanced our hygiene and sanitizing procedures to the highest standard. From 80 seating capacity we reduce it limited to 30 seating only, to implement physical distancing. Kitchen staff also wear masks and hand gloves to make sure complete hygiene while preparing all the dishes. Also we have digitalized our menu list using QR code to reduce touch points for your convenience.
