Bringing joy and indulgence to Saturdays, we proud to present a new culinary adventure with the exceptional Japanese Kaiseki-style Hamabe Brunch. The skilled culinary team of Hamabe is serving up a new refined dining experience in the light and airy contemporary Japanese restaurant that is inspired by the serenity of a traditional Japanese garden. Adding to the plethora of authentic cuisines that pamper guests desiring the best Japanese dishes, the newest offering is a traditional multi-course Kaiseki-style brunch.
What is so special with this new Japanese Brunch?
Kaiseki style brunch where our chefs will take you on a culinary journey showcasing sashimi skills on freshest seafood, Robatayaki grilling, Teppanyaki specials and various other signature dishes. To complement the food our beverage specialists have crafted sake based cocktails to enjoy and kick start the weekend vibes.
What will be the experience for the guests?
Guests are welcomed at The Lobby Lounge and treated with Hamabe special welcome drink alcoholic/non-alcoholic here our associates take the opportunity to explain brunch concept to guests and offer choice of seating either at our interactive stations Sushi, Robatayaki grill, Teppanyaki or family tables, At stations guests can watch chefs transforming ingredients into delicacies. Brunch also provides opportunity for daycation and guests can use all resorts recreation facilities as part of the experience.
What’s the offering you have in October, November and December?
Moon light Wine dinner by the beach, Halloween Spooktacular Brunch at Prego end of this month, Prego anniversary brunches in November, Hamabe Omakase dinner, Beachfront Pasar Senggol nights.
How’s the hotel doing so far? Do you have any special offers for domestic and expatriate in Bali to enjoy at the Resort?
We have made great progresses in past months and created many excitements for our guests to experience and feel renewed and recharged, we just introduced our Welcome Back To Bali room offer, our Resort Day Pass during the week, and Hamabe now available via GrabFood and GoFood for enjoyment at home. We are preparing inspiring wellness event beginning of November featuring great line up of inspiring wellness instructors.
Why did you choose to have a career in the hospitality, F&B in particular?
It just happened, I have always been a foodie since childhood and after high school I got influenced by a family friend who was working in hotels. Decided to join hotel school and here I am today serving the world… to me within hospitality food and beverage is an area that is dynamic, trendy, challenges one to constantly evolve, show creativity, share stories through offerings and bring smiles to people’s faces.
With so many restaurants and cuisines to choose from in Bali, what is your favorite?
There are too many to name, I enjoy food that has been prepared with love and passion and trust me Bali has a lot of them.
