Segaran Dining Terrace’s Megibung menu offers a taste of the past with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Enjoy sharing dishes like Samsam Kriuk (crispy pork belly); Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang; seafood options include Sate Languan (fish kebab) and Tum Ikan (steamed coral fish); and vegetarian options featuring Yellow Festival Rice and Nasi Sela (steamed Jatiluwih rice with sweet potato). Desserts highlight coconut’s versatility, with Sumping Waluh cake and Klepon pandan rice balls.
