Mejekawi Culinary Collective is back, better than ever, inviting guests to feast upon the finest dish made by world-class chef, Paul Carmichael. The critically acclaimed, funky chef of Sydney’s Momofuku Seiobo will be bringing as taste of his revered restaurant to Mejekawi. Having worked in some of NYC’s most prestigious restaurants, Paul joined the internationally renowned Momofuku team in NYC in 2010 and went on to produce quality after quality creative dishes, taking the best of his Barbados-born Caribbean roots. Over the lunchtime feast, Paul will showcase his signature dishes alongside perfectly paired wines.
