MEXICOLA X AFRICOLA AT MOTEL MEXICOLA

This upcoming weekend, Motel Mexicola will hold a prestigious dining event entitled ‘Mexicola X Africola’. This event will feature a combination of meticulous dishes, each paired with a different Mezcal supplied by the President of Mezcal. Iron Chef Africa Duncan Welgemoed from Africola, Australia’s hottest restaurant comes in to collaborate with Mexicola Iron Chef Steve Skelly. These two cooking powerhouses join forces to introduce a food series like Bali hasn’t seen before. In line with the Africola and Motel Mexicola brands, this collaboration will be a lighthearted version of the other culinary event on the island. Africola X Motel Mexicola will be the very first Motel Mexicola’s Chef Collaboration Series with an emphasis on fresh interesting produce, Mezcal, tradition and joyous frivolity.
