On 10th of June, CasCades Restaurant will be celebrating collaboration between the resident, Chef Nic Vandeerberken and the young Chef Namae. This Japanese/Asian/French fusion menu will take inspiration from Chef Namae’s experience and philosophy in cooking. They will craft a delicately balanced fusion menu with all the freshest ingredients sourced from a culinary expedition they took in May to local producers.
