Minahasan Cuisine at Ikan Restaurant


Experience the flavors of traditional Minahasan cuisine with a special menu created by Chef Sheandy Satria. Savor popular dishes such as Gohu Tuna, Ayam Bakar Rica Rica, Ikan Bakar Dabu Dabu, and Klappertaart in a relaxed setting overlooking the Indian Ocean at Ikan Restaurant located in The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. The menu is  available daily from 15 November – 15 December 2018 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.


The Minahasa region in North Sulawesi is inhabited by an ethnic group of people who can trace their roots back thousands of years. As a result, the area has its own unique culinary heritage inspired by fresh seafood and various exotic spices.
