Renowned for its unique rooftop culinary experiences, Moonlite Kitchen & Bar features a lustful menu of modern Asian cuisine on the elevated open-air deck with panoramic Indian Ocean views. Recently the restaurant unveils new main menus to cater their guest. Crafted by Chef Brandon and team, each 10 brand new main course celebrate Asian diverse flavours in a uniquely delicious way; such as Indonesian specialty of “Grilled Pork Belly Satay”, Chinese inspired “Sichuan Bacon, Lap Cheong Sausage, Green Beans, Spring Onion and Poached Egg On Top”, Singaporean “Nasi Lemak with Honey Chilli Chicken”, to the rich aromas of Thai cuisine which are gracefully captured in the “Roast Duck Red Curry with Lychees, Grapes and Basil”.
