MÖVENPICK RESORT & SPA JIMBARAN BALI APPOINTS EXPERIENCED MR. HORST WALTHER-JONES AS GENERAL MANAGER

Swiss hotel management company, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, has appointed Mr. Horst Walther-Jones as General Manager of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. The appointment is part of a recruitment drive across Asia that has already seen top industry talent take up positions at Mövenpick properties and corporate head office in the Philippines and Thailand as the hospitality brand expands in the region. Hails from Germany, Mr. Horst began his career in hospitality as an apprentice and commis de cuisine before rising through the ranks in several world-class hotel brands across the world before joined Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in 2009 as General Manager of the Mövenpick Hotel Al Nawras in Saudi Arabia. He will be in charge to deliver a series of unique offerings at Mövenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali, which sets to open in late 2016.
