NEWLY RENOVATED WEDANG JAHE RESTAURANT NUSA DUA BEACH HOTEL & SPA, BALI.

Wedang Jahe Restaurant at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa reopens after 4 months of extensive renovations. Local interior designer Ronald Sunrise of Sunrise Architects together with I Made Sujana from Nirmala Group were appointed to the project. Using rich elements of stone and wood, the design and architecture are inspired by Balinese influences and culture. The striking wooden ceiling design represents an upturned Balinese umbrella whilst the walls are adorned by murals of local dancers.

Wedang Jahe Restaurant offers innovative culinary delights amidst a modern, stylish, and elegant setting. Dining options include indoor or outdoor seating arrangements, which are cheerful, bright, and casual. An enclosed private dining room for 20 persons has also been incorporated for special occasions and celebrations. Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered throughout the restaurant. Executive Chef Neil Firman and his award-winning team will focus mainly on a sumptuous rotating breakfast buffet. The Restaurant will also be available for group lunches and dinners.
