The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa is thrilled to announce its participation in the BHA Sustainable Food Festival. The Wedang Jahe Restaurant will be the host venue. Participating members will highlight their innovative work. While programs such as single use plastic reduction, non-plastic straw usage and a vegetable hydroponics garden are already well established; this allows the hotel another opportunity to practice in sustainable business.
This festival also aims at supporting the local communities and reducing the waste output. These initiatives are aimed at benchmark for the future.
