PAD PED PLA AT SARONG

Sarong, one of the most sought after fine dining establishments in Bali has just unveiled a new menu. Located in the busy streets of Kerobokan and serving guests from 6 PM until 11.30 PM,  emphasizing their tagline “Elegantly Asian”, Sarong specializes in Asian delicacies with decorations designed for both comfort and elegance.

One of the new menus is Pad Ped Pla. As “Pla” meaning catfish in Thai, the dish features a stir fried crispy fish with red curry, wild ginger, lime, green peppercorn, and Thai basil. Pad Ped Pla is best served in the evening, making it one of the best choice for you fine dining experience.
