Starting this year, COMO Uma Ubud proudly relaunches Kemiri Restaurant. Open daily for breakfast and dinner, this restaurant is open for the hotel guests and locals in Ubud who are looking for a new way to spend their evenings by savouring delightful dishes in the contemporary Balinese ambience.

Kemiri, which the meaning is ‘candlenut’ in Indonesian, was first open in 2004 serving all-day dining. Despite Kemiri was successfully busy in the evening, in 2013 the management had to limit the opening hours and served daily breakfast only, due to the opening of new restaurant in the hotel, Uma Cucina. After five years, Kemiri now re-opens its door for dinner to welcome hotel guests and locals in Ubud, and as a response to its loyal guests who want to repeat their memorable dinner at Kemiri.

Guests can indulge in selection of menus
prepared by Executive Chef Dewa Artana through various cooking techniques of Asian and Indonesian cuisine. This contemporary eatery infuses unique fragrances and balanced flavors from indigenous Asian spice and ingredients that locally sourced to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience. In every Wednesday evening, Kemiri serves Balinese Inspired Dinner accompanied by traditional Balinese dance performances and serves a rich selection of Balinese cuisine including smoked duck, wok-fried squid and sweet cassava cakes.
