REOPENING OF 360 ROOFTOP RESTAURANT AT ANANTARA ULUWATU BALI RESORT

Now Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort is pleased to announce the re-opening of its 360 Rooftop Restaurant after an extensive renovation. The restaurant, which is located on the rooftop of the resort, offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and is a favorite among guests for its spectacular views and delicious cuisine.

The renovation of the 360 Rooftop Restaurant includes a complete redesign of the space, with new décor and concepts that reflect the resort’s contemporary Balinese style. The restaurant now boasts a new open kitchen, a new lounge area, and an expanded indoor seating area.

Our culinary team has worked hard to create a space that offers stunning views and a memorable dining experience with traditional Balinese home recipes. The 360 Rooftop Restaurant features a menu that showcases the best of Indonesian cuisine created by our Executive Chef Giri Arnadi and his culinary team, with an emphasis on local ingredients and flavors. Guests can enjoy dishes such as Sate Lilit, a famous traditional Balinese dish of minced seafood, Uluwatu Gurita Kesuna Cekuh – grilled marinated octopus marinated with garlic and wild ginger, Uluwatu Udang Karang – grilled lobster with sambal matah and sauteed water spinach, and Kerambitan Bebek Timbungan – slow roasted duck in bamboo with Balinese spice with mixed vegetable and sambal. The Restaurant also has an extensive selection of wines and cocktails.
