Dapur Raja’s rijsttafel menu includes dishes such as Sop Kelor, Satay Tempe & Telor Puyuh, Nasi Kuning Bira, Urab, Tempe & Tahu Manis, Ikan Pepes, Iga Babi, Babi Guling, Bebek Betutu, Bubur Injin and Dadar Gulung. There is also a vegetarian rijsttafel menu option offering Sop Kelor, Satay Tempe & Telor Puyuh, Nasi Kuning Bira, Mix Vegetable, Tahu Manis & Sele Kuning, Pepes Jamur, Bergedel Jagung, Tumis Kangkung, Jukut Pusuh, Bubur Injin and Dadar Gulung.

Aside from the signature rijsttafel menus, the restaurant offers one of the most authentic Balinese dishes as well which is Babi Guling (Balinese suckling pig) and included in this menu are Jukut Ares, Lawar, Be Guling, Kulit Babi, Satay Babi, Kerupuk Babi, Urutan Babi, Gorengan Babi, Sambal, Nasi Putih.
